Contracts are not a glamorous part of the business\, but it is a CRITICAL element of your business throughout your career. \nIt never ceases to amaze me the number of investors\, REALTORS\, and others in the investment world who do not understand the CRITICAL importance of contracts\, addendums\, and releases\, nor do they take the time to learn\, IN ADVANCE\, what it is they are signing. It offers stories by writers known for concerns other than science fiction (W. E. B. Du Bois\, author of The Souls of Black Folk) and by writers known only for pulp science fiction (the prolific Neil R. Jones). These stories represent what volume and series editor Joshua Glenn has dubbed “the Radium Age”—the period when science fiction as we know it emerged as a genre.
