DESCRIPTION:FINDING Deals is the Bread of the business. ANALYZING deals is the butter. If you don’t have leads\, you don’t have deals. If you don’t have deals\, you have no business. If you have no business\, well\, you know what happens. \nThe most successful investors have “Acquisitions Managers” whose full time job is generating leads and finding deals. Until you scale your business to that size\, you need to be your own Acquisitions Manager\, or\, better yet– Utilize and leverage the membership of this group\, so that we can become not only our own Acquisitions Managers\, but become each others’ Acquisitions Managers. \nThis session is devoted to Lead Generation and finding deals. This session is valuable to EVERYONE.\nIf you’re NEW\, you’ll learn the fundamentals\, and grasp the concept that Deals are Everywhere\, if you just know where and how to look. \nIf you’re EXPERIENCED\, you already know the Bread and Butter theory\, and you also know that you can NEVER have too many good leads. \nDuring this session\, well talk about how you find deals through NETWORKING\, PROSPECTING\, and ADVERTISING. We’ll teach you how to position yourself so deals come to you. We’ll discuss target markets\, geographic and demographic farms\, and more.
