DESCRIPTION:**Analyzing Deals** and **Finding Deals** are the absolute bread and butter of this business\, and are skills you need to develop\, because you will use them EVERY DAY. There are lots of ways to do both\, which mean there are a lot of potential rabbit holes to go down that take you nowhere. It takes time to learn the correct formulas\, the correct resources to find accurate numbers\, as well as practice\, discipline\, and\, most importantly\, YOUR plan and your strategies to achieve the results that you want. \nDuring this session\, we’ll highlight the importance of creating a plan\, sticking to that plan\, and how to analyze deals based on different strategies. As usual\, we’ll provide you with a hotsheet of current opportunities to analyze\, take a LIVE look at a deal or two\, and teach you how to become an expert\, and develop the discipline you need to become proficient at this critical skill. \nAs always\, or sessions are fast paced\, information filled\, and we often have the benefit of other experienced investors on the call who share with us their tips\, ideas\, and methodology of DEAL ANALYSIS.
