DESCRIPTION:Negotiation is a lot more than “haggling\,” and is one of the MOST valuable skills\, yet LEAST taught when it comes to real estate investing. Negotiation is a fundamental skill\, not only in real estate\, but in life. Simply\, you need it to get MORE of what you want – to sell more\, keep costs down\, get better deals\, to manage better\, to strengthen relationships\, etc. \nNegotiating is really where the rubber meets the road in making and closing the deal\, and this session will give you a great overview of how to approach it. \n**During this session\, you’ll learn:** \n* How to Build Relationships to Gain Leverage\n* How to use Information to Your Advantage\n* How to Overcome Objections\, and propose win-win Outcomes.\n* Strategies for Offers and Counteroffers.\n* Using Concessions to Get to the Finish Line\, \nAnd much more . . . \nAs always\, it will be fast-paced\, information filled\, and designed to teach you something you didn’t know before while networking\, and connecting with other like minded investors. We TEACH you how to improve your Networking Skills while networking. \n**WHAT IS DEAL OR NO DEAL?**\nWe’ll review the weekly Hotsheet of NEW Foreclosure and Multi Family listings NEW on the market\, and select one of them for an “On the fly” LIVE analysis to determine whether or not it is a good opportunity or not\, along with why or why not.
