Then\, when the inevitable problems\, misunderstandings\, and confusion arise AFTER the fact\, thats where everything unravels\, and adversity grows.\nAs you know\, I’m a strong advocate for A2REIC Members to be PROACTIVE in transactions\, not REACTIVE\, and there is no more important element in the transaction than the contract.
