DESCRIPTION:Make no mistake\, FLIPPING Houses is a lot more challenging than it used to be for a number of reasons. Most notably are those HGTV shows that tend to give a lot of folks a lot of false hope\, and lure people into situations where they get dollar signs in their eyes\, and are in over their heads and get in too deep and wind up in big trouble. The next biggest challenge is finding good and reliable contractors once your FLIP is ready to go. A third challenge is competition\, because there are a lot of investors in the market with lots of resources. During this session\, we WON’T sell you false hope. We will go over the fundamentals\, talk about some Hyperlocal Markets in Southeast Michigan\, discuss local contractors and other resources\, and provide you with a REALISTIC picture of what it will take for you to flip a house in 2023.
