DESCRIPTION:September is a great month to review the current market\, inventory\, and trends within individual local markets. During this session\, I’ll provide local market reports used by all the industry professionals. We’ll look at market reports relative to the inventory on the market on Saturday\, and give an overview on how best to quickly evaluate markets that you might not be familiar with. \nI’ll also make everyone aware of a tool at our disposal that can provide analysis for any market in the country\, not simply Michigan. This is a great and powerful resource available to our members. \nI really appreciate everyone who has been sticking through our Zoom sessions\, and I still work very hard to deliver value each Saturday\, and strive to provide knowledge\, new connections via networking\, and a review of new inventory of opportunities on the market. \nDon’t miss this one.
