SUMMARY:Pebble Beach
DESCRIPTION:Hi Gang…I’ve had discussions with numerous of you this summer about playing Pebble Beach…possibly the most iconic golf course in the USA. I have done some preliminary research on what it might cost. Since we are talking about California here I am assuming we will want to play more than one course. For a starting point I chose mid week during the last week in June. Prices and overnight stay requirements are cheaper midweek. I received a quote for 2 nights stay and 2 rounds of golf\, one at Pebble Beach and one at Spyglass Hill. Two nights of lodging MUST be booked to book a tee time at Pebble Beach. The price for the above is $1997.20. \nAgain\, this is a starting point. If you want to play more courses we can add them. We can also stay in much cheaper local accommodations and book some courses on our own but there is not much point in the trip if we don’t play Pebble Beach. The price does not include meals\, transportation\, etc. You can fly\, drive or take a train… whatever you prefer. If the interest was there we could look at renting a luxury SUV and split the cost and the driving. Anything is possible. I am open to comments and suggestions. This is primarily to gauge interest. We don’t have to book now but to get tee times in prime summer time I wouldn’t want to wait until next year so please think about it and post if you would be interested or not. a $300/person deposit is due at booking.
