DESCRIPTION:Negotiation is an essential\, yet one of the least taught skills in the real estate world. Simply\, becoming a good negotiator\, and gaining a reputation as a FAIR negotiator\, will go a long way in building a successful real estate investment career. \nAt A2REIC\, we emphasize NEGOTIATION as one of the FIVE Fundamental skills needed to play this game. We will help you learn\, provide you with a few great learning resources\, and SHARE with you case studies of actual deals\, where you can learn what strategies were used to be successful\, which were not\, and why. \nDuring this session\, we’ll provide a case study of a recent deal where there were multiple offers. I’ll walk through the strategies used by the potential buyers\, what parts of the offers were most attractive to the sellers\, and who won the deal and why. This will be a fun one\, and very timely\, as the market we are in features multiple offers on almost every deal.
