DESCRIPTION:***”Analyze the record of anyone who has amassed a great fortune\, and many who have amassed modest fortunes\, and you will find that they have either consciously or unconsciously employed the use of the MasterMind principle.”*** –Napoleon Hill \nA mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. The concept was coined in 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book The Law of Success\, and described in more detail in his 1937 book Think and Grow Rich. \nThe basic idea is that none of us is as smart as all of us\, and that everyone knows something that you don’t. Other benefits are that your MasterMind group can act as your own personal Board of Directors for your investing business\, and members can help you develop more knowledge and resources to help you reach your goals. \nDuring this session\, we will discuss Second Quarter 2022 goals. I believe a 90 day time frame is the perfect amount to focus on throughout your career. It helps you keep on track towards your longer term goals. \nWhether you are having a challenge in creating goals\, or have some goals that you need some help with\, this session is for you. I will begin the session with a quick overview of the Goal Setting Process\, how to crystalize your strategies\, how to best manage your time\, and\, most importantly\, provide help\, encouragement\, and other resources for you to begin to take action! I have utilized MasterMind Groups for many years\, and like Hill says\, it has been a critical element of whatever success I have achieved\, and I know that many of the most successful real estate investors I know\, participate regularly in MasterMind Groups and events.
