DESCRIPTION:A goal without a plan is just a wish\, and what better day to create a concrete annual goal than the first day of the year. \nYou wouldn’t build a house without a blueprint\, and you shouldn’t invest in real estate without a plan. \nJoin us for an informal Brainstorming Mastermind Session where you will be encouraged to create and share goals that will pass through the SMART Filter\, and help to give you focused direction for 2022\, while enlisting your fellow Club members to help you achieve your goals. \nSMART goals are goals that are Specific\, Measurable\, Achievable\, Realistic\, and Time Based. We will walk you through a Worksheet\, as well as a couple other scorecards used by the most successful investors. \nI cannot stress strongly enough the value of belonging to a supportive community like the A2REIC.
