You now “CONTROL” the property\, and you need to determine whether and how well the seller has actually represented it. You will need to determine your Wish\, Want\, and Walk scenario from this point on. You must do it accurately\, and you must do it quickly\, because you are on a time clock\, and the seller has taken the property off the market in anticipation of you closing the deal. This is where the rubber meets the road in negotiations\, as you may discover deficiencies that the seller was genuinely unaware of.
