In some cases\, your rehab expenses might even be MORE than what you pay for a property. You cannot know too much\, have too many resources\, or have too many good contractors on your team. \nDuring this fast paced session\, we’ll focus on some of the fundamentals that are often overlooked or under utilized by the average investor.
