There is a lot of information, and Cheat Sheets are provided to help you remember what you learn.

I’m also an experienced investor. I’ve held investments individually, in JV partnerships, and I’ve been involved in investing in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, and New Mexico. I’ve been involved in House hacking, condo conversions, single family and multi unit. As a REALTOR, I’ve been involved in close to 800 transactions in Michigan and Chicago
