Once you’ve **FOUND** a deal, and **ANALYZED** the deal, and are ready to buy, you need to **FUND** the deal.
We can’t provide everything you need to know about money in a 60 minute session, but we CAN introduce you to some of the ways the most successful investors use money, and help you learn and think about money in ways you might not have considered before. Also, during this session, we’ll introduce you to several Club members and others who can become great resources for you.
Specifically, during this session, you’ll Learn:
* The ways the most successful investors approach money.
* Different types of Financing.
* Conventional Lenders, Private Lenders, Hard Money Lenders
* How Leverage Works
* Resources, Connections to lenders, and much more. We look forward to seeing you there!

I’m also an experienced investor. I’ve held investments individually, in JV partnerships, and I’ve been involved in investing in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, and New Mexico. I’ve been involved in House hacking, condo conversions, single family and multi unit. As a REALTOR, I’ve been involved in close to 800 transactions in Michigan and Chicago.
