As a real estate investor, you are in business FOR yourself, but you cannot do it alone. Like ANY successful sports team, you need to assemble your own Power Team, complete with what we call “bench strength,” if you have ANY hope of succeeding.
You do not know how fortunate you are, because THROUGH A2REIC, you have a pretty complete, and VERY powerful Team that you can simply Plug ‘n Play.
Every Investor needs REALTORS, Lenders, Accountants, Financial Advisors, Insurance Agents, Attorneys, Contractors, Appraisers, Inspectors, Property Managers, Title Companies, not to mention plumbers, electricians, masons, roofers, HVAC folks, and the like.
During this session, we’ll hear BRIEF, Informational presentations from our very own All Star Team, including a REALTOR, Two Lenders, An Accountant, Financial Planner, Attorney, and maybe Contractor and Property Manager. I’m also an experienced investor. I’ve held investments individually, in JV partnerships, and I’ve been involved in investing in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, and New Mexico. I’ve been involved in House hacking, condo conversions, single family and multi unit. As a REALTOR, I’ve been involved in close to 800 transactions in Michigan and Chicago.
