A goal without a plan is just a wish. If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there. You wouldn’t build a house without a blueprint, why would you try and build a business without a plan?

Pick your cliche, but almost ALL successful investors have and follow a written plan. This session is for you if you’ve never written a plan, if you’ve written business plans for other businesses, but not real estate, if you’ve written a plan before, but it needs an overhaul.

This session is one of the most needed, because it creates the foundation for where and how all the other fundamentals fall into place.
