Finding deals is the #1 pursuit of every investor. It is a competitive marketplace, as you well know. When a new listing hits the MLS, its published out instantly to every investor and their brother. That said, its more important than ever to use some great strategies to get ahead of the game.

During this session, you’ll learn some creative ways to tap into your network, leverage A2REIC connections, mine the internet, and utilize some other creative ways to find deals before other investors know the properties are even available. We look forward to seeing you there.

I’m also an experienced investor. I’ve held investments individually, in JV partnerships, and I’ve been involved in investing in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, and New Mexico. I’ve been involved in House hacking, condo conversions, single family and multi unit. As a REALTOR, I’ve been involved in close to 800 transactions in Michigan and Chicago.
