Learn to Create a Streamlined Rehab Project

No matter what your investing strategy, you constantly need to develop a streamlined rehab project management system to avoid your projects turning into Money Pits.
I am constantly surprised at the number of investors who have no system, fly by the seat of their pants, rely too much on their contractors, and then wonder why when things inevitably go wrong.
You need to learn and practice being PROACTIVE with your projects, and during this session, we’ll provide an overview of the Key Components to a streamlined system, designed to minimize risk, and keep everyone involved with the project on the same page. We’ll share some great tools to help you with this element of your business, and we look forward to seeing you there.
I cannot stress strongly enough the value of belonging to a supportive community like the A2REIC. Real estate investing is not easy, but it is made easier when you have encouragement, support, knowledge, and experience of fellow members to help you along your journey.
