Learn and Build Your Power Team

All smart investors know that they cannot do it alone, and that they are only as good as their Power Team. You cannot have too strong a Power Team, and you cannot have too large of a Power Team. You need to learn how to strategically build and leverage YOUR Team. You will quickly learn that you not only need a starting line up, but due to the pace of transactions, you need to strategically build bench strength should the occasion arise when your starter is unable to complete the job.

Every investor needs REALTORS, Attorneys, Accountants, Lenders, JV Partners, Contractors, Insurance Agents, Inspectors, Roofers, Plumbers, Electricians, Foundation People, HVAC Techs, and Title Companies, just for starters.

I’ve been involved in House hacking, condo conversions, single family and multi unit. As a REALTOR, I’ve been involved in close to 800 transactions in Michigan and Chicago.
