Group Coaching – Learn SE Michigan Market Updates and How to Select a Market

Since we’re already halfway through 2021, what better time than now to review the current market, inventory, and trends within individual local markets. Last week, I provided everyone with an update on Ypsilanti, and I plan to provide similar comprehensive reports on some other local markets. We’ll look at market reports relative to the inventory on the market on Saturday, and give an overview on how best to quickly evaluate markets that you might not be familiar with.

I also made everyone aware of a tool at our disposal that can provide analysis for any market in the country, not simply Michigan. This is a great and powerful resource available to our members.

I really appreciate everyone who has been sticking through our Zoom sessions, and I still work very hard to deliver value each Saturday, and strive to provide knowledge, new connections via networking, and a review of new inventory of opportunities on the market.
