Hotsheet Analysis: Finding Deals on the MLS: Wednesday at 10AM

This session is focused on Analysis and Review of On Market Opportunities. Since more than 85% of all deals go through the Multiple List Service, you need to get a handle on how it works, and how you can be “in the loop.” This will be a fast paced, 45 minute Session, so you can learn and get on with your day.

Those who regularly attend the Saturday Laser Classes know that I provide a weekly hotsheet of MLS investment opportunities. Since these usually number in the hundreds, it can be intimidating and overwhelming to figure out a way to get your arms around them. Also, since the Saturday topic takes most of the session, we rarely have had the opportunity to do a deeper dive into current opportunities.

These sessions will provide actual opportunities, as well as TEACH you how to filter through them, and spot the good from the bad, and strategies to approach them. Coming to these sessions will also help you LEARN the pace of the market, how to find and use comparables, and more. We’ll even likely provide some Hyper Local Market reports, so that you can learn about different markets.
