Negotiation 101

Negotiation is a lot more than “haggling,” and is one of the MOST valuable skills, yet LEAST taught when it comes to real estate investing. Negotiation is a fundamental skill, not only in real estate, but in life. Simply, you need it to get MORE of what you want – to sell more, keep costs down, get better deals, to manage better, to strengthen relationships, etc.

Negotiating is really where the rubber meets the road in making and closing the deal, and this session will give you a great overview of how to approach it.

* How to Build Relationships to Gain Leverage
* How to use Information to Your Advantage
* How to Overcome Objections, and propose win-win Outcomes.

**WHAT IS A LASER CLASS?**
A Laser Class is a fast paced, information filled 50 minute session, designed to give you an Overview of the topic, a quick, deep dive of the most important whats, whys, and hows, Resources for further study, and Action Steps to take TODAY! There is a lot of information, and Cheat Sheets are provided to help you remember what you learn.

**WHAT IS SPEED NETWORKING?**
Networking is Team Building, and you need to develop the discipline to communicate quickly and confidently. We TEACH you how to improve your Networking Skills while networking.

**WHAT IS DEAL OR NO DEAL?**
We’ll review the weekly Hotsheet of NEW Foreclosure and Multi Family listings NEW on the market, and select one of them for an “On the fly” LIVE analysis to determine whether or not it is a good opportunity or not, along with why or why not. It’s a great exercise to practice your analysis skills.

**ABOUT THE A2REIC**
