The TURN KEY Strategy is not about getting rich quick, but is aproven, reliable process. It’s not about gambling for a big pay day, but about building a stable foundation to build wealth over a significant period of time. Like anything, it does require work, but does not suck a majority of your time, and can be done in conjunction with other ventures. Also, like other strategies, there are right ways and wrong ways to approach it. During this session, we will do a dive into the major components of this strategy, alert you to possible pitfalls, share mistakes to avoid, and provide you with a REALISTIC picture of what it will take for you to purchase multiple properties using this strategy. **WHAT IS A LASER CLASS?**
A Laser Class is a fast paced, information filled 50 minute session, designed to give you an Overview of the topic, a quick, deep dive of the most important whats, whys, and hows, Resources for further study, and Action Steps to take TODAY! There is a lot of information, and Cheat Sheets are provided to help you remember what you learn.

**WHAT IS SPEED NETWORKING?**
Networking is Team Building, and you need to develop the discipline to communicate quickly and confidently. We TEACH you how to improve your Networking Skills while networking.

**WHAT IS DEAL OR NO DEAL?**
We’ll review the weekly Hotsheet of NEW Foreclosure and Multi Family listings NEW on the market, and select one of them for an “On the fly” LIVE analysis to determine whether or not it is a good opportunity or not, along with why or why not. It’s a great exercise to practice your analysis skills.
