BRRRR Strategy 101

The BRRRR Strategy (formerly known as the Flip to Hold strategy) is perhaps the most popular strategy for investors because, when executed properly, allows you to purchase houses with no money, yet receive all the benefits, as you will have an appreciating asset, with a tenant who pays your mortgage and all other expenses. BRRRR stands for: Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat. It is simple in concept, but in reality can be challenging to execute. During this session, I’ll walk you through the BRRRR acronym, connect you to some of the players you will need to have on your team, share some caution flags, and provide you with a REALISTIC picture of what it will take for you to purchase a house using this strategy.
