Our pick for December nearly won our poll for October and won by a clear margin this month. The other selections we have read from Chambers have been thoughtful investigations of alien worlds and cultures. The Guardian called *Small, Angry Planet* “a quietly profound, humane tour de force” and “exciting, adventurous, and … cozy”. We are looking forward to reading Chambers’ well-received debut novel!
