Seasoned appraiser with over 22 years experience in residential property valuation. Peter is a lifelong resident of the Ann Arbor area and is well versed in all segments of the residential market and price points. Mr. Hendershot has a degree from Michigan State University in History with Minor in Geography and Land Use Land Management and is a certified teacher in History for grades 9-12.
Peter has developed and presented numerous appraisal, mortgage, legal and real estate informational seminars. In addition to his valuation responsibilities his duties include business development, maintaining current client relationships, and discovering and capturing new markets for Affinity.
