The ability to calculate the After Repair Value (ARV) of a property is a key skill you will need to learn to develop and practice if you are committed to becoming a successful investor. Within the industry, there are several approaches to finding this number, and we’ll show you some of the key mistakes most investors make when coming up with this number.
During this session, you’ll also learn the best places to find comparable sales, what factors determine the best comparable sales, how to utilize your network, and the A2REIC to help you grow confidence in your numbers, and grow confidence in your deal analysis skills.
The ARV is just ONE number in the Deal Analysis equation, but it is perhaps the most important number to be able to estimate accurately, because it can ultimately be the best indicator of your potential profit margin. I look forward to seeing you at this session.
