“Shards of Earth” by Adrian Tchaikovsky

Hi everybody!

Very excited to be reading one of 2021’s more acclaimed new science fiction. “Shards of Earth” by Adrian Tchaikovsky is a sweeping space opera with aliens, a race of warrior women, and a galactic war bubbling under the surface. So far, so good! It’s a cool follow-up to our “Starship Trooper” read last month.

One note is that “Shards of Earth” has a big page count. Coming in at 561 pgs., you’ll want to get started on it as soon as you can.
