Multi Family properties are a topic of great interest to all investors. Much like every category of real estate, there are a lot of myths about multi-family, as well as a lot of mis-information, and a lot of useless information.

During this fast paced, information filled event we’ll separate some fact from fiction, and teach you the top level topics, language, financial formulas, and things you will need to knw to start getting your arms around this category of real estate. We’ll cover such topics as:
–How to get started.
–How to find deals
–How to analyze deals.
–Common formulas and calculations
–How to research markets.
–How to raise money.
–How to build your Power Team
. . . and much, much more!

In addition, I’ve created a catalog of over 500 Southeast Michigan Multi-family properties. I will share some resources on how to market yourself as an investor to the owners of these properties.
