Group Coaching – Due Diligence Like a Detective BEFORE the Contract

At our Due Diligence 101 session several weeks ago, we focused on timing, planning, and the critical window between contract to closing. During this session, we’ll focus on how to get “upstream” in your DD, and research your property like a detective, which can likely result in you finding out information that can give you a competitive advantage. We’ll focus on OFFLINE and ONLINE resources, including those that the average investor does not know about. We look forward to seeing you there.

As always, it will be fast-paced, information filled, and designed to teach you something you didn’t know before while networking, and connecting with other like minded investors. I hope you’ll join me!
